All services are by appointment only. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow a reasonable arrival window due to traffic and previous appointments. You will be notified if there is a delay.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

Please provide a clean, well-lit space with access to an outlet if possible. Outdoor setups are weather-dependent.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

All tools are sanitized between appointments. Service may be declined if the environment is unsafe.
